LEAD TIMES
Due to courier collections the cut off time for our for Priority orders is 12pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Priority orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be treated as if placed on the next working day. Normal orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 days. In the UK orders usually take 1-4 business days from the day the order is dispatched through to receipt by the customer. In exceptional circumstances please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
For delivery outside the UK allow 7-10 business days for Delivery from the day of dispatch, although EU countries should expect their order in 4 - 5 working days.
Please note - All our delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier. If your delivery has not arrived within the estimated times please contact us.
SHIPPING CHARGES
UK For orders to be delivered to any UK address, we charge £1.95 for all orders under £10, £3.99 for all orders between £10 and £29.99 and for orders £30 or more delivery is FREE.
UK Courier Service UK purchasers can also upgrade to a Courier Service. The Courier Service is trackable the upgrade fee is only £2.50 on top of our standard fee.
UK Priority Service UK purchasers can also upgrade to our Priority Service. The Priority Service is a combination of the Courier Service and a faster dispatch, by selecting our Priority Service your order will be dispatched the same working day (as long as placed before the 12pm cut off) and will be delivered on a trackable Courier Service (1 - 2 day service). The priority fee is only £5.00 on top of our standard fee
Deliveries to the European Union and the USA - For orders to be delivered outside of the UK, we charge delivery on a sliding scale, dependant on order size. Please see table below for delivery charges to your destination.

How are you protecting my details online? Firstly, we use Verisign certificates. Verisign has many, many years experience with Internet security and we place our trust in them to protect your information. We are also partnered with Protx who have provided our payment process for many years, with the combination of the two we are confident that all your online transactions are 100% safe and secure.
Where do your products come from? We're constantly looking around the world for new and exciting products working in conjunction with our sister company Puckator who specialise in the area of Wholesale Giftware. A large number of our products are carefully sourced from China and we also have our own in house designers who give us many of the products that we sell as Exclusives on our web site.
What is your returns procedure? Everyone is entitled to change their mind with any purchases made from us, we appreciate that sometimes products look different on your mantelpiece or table than they did on the website. If you change your mind then goods may be returned within 28 days of delivery to you. This may only be done by first contacting the Purple Puffin team at Customer Services or by phone +44 (0)870 2404553 & requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference.
You will be required to cover the cost of the return postage. Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.
Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
With regards to breakages and replacements, we will replace any broken items. Should you suffer a breakage, we'll send you the replacement, but there will be no need for you to return the item back to us in its broken state, we are happy for you to dispose of the item accordingly.
